resolvemos criar nosso Box-Desóxi a alguns anos atrás, nossa maior

Assim, a bailarina desenha
performance arte.

Learn to fly
...Above the planet on a wing and a prayer,
My grubby halo, a vapour trail in the empty air,
Across the clouds I see my shadow fly
Out of the corner of my watering eye
A dream unthreatened by the morning light
Could blow this soul right through the roof of the night...

DORIS
"Doris" - working in process - is the new solo project of Mab Cardoso. The relationship with organic and non-organic materials become interactive and the body (that dance) acquires new shapes. This body becomes a bubbling object, subjected to an intense mixed of media, when paradoxes turn into possibilities: meat meets technique, the human converted with non-human, materials become immaterial. These are parts of a flow of construction and reconstruction that is in constant interaction with the body, mediated by relations between environment, new technologies and social life. In this way the piece propose a plataform for dialogue between context, body and metaphors.

La fille sur le pont
"A knife (plural knives) is a cutting tool with a cutting edge or blade, hand-held or otherwise, with or without a handle. Knife-like tools were used at least two-and-a-half million years ago, as evidenced by the Oldowan tools.[1][2] Originally made of rock, bone, flint, and obsidian, knives have evolved in construction as technology has, with blades being made from bronze, copper, iron, steel, ceramics, and titanium. Many cultures have their unique version of the knife. Due to its role as humankind's first tool, certain cultures have attached spiritual and religious significance to the knife.
The word knife possibly descends from an old Norse word knifr for blade"

kein mensch ist illegal.
“Only a part of us lives as a subject in the globalized world, but how are we calling it “a home?” Where do we pay our taxes? How is it, that anybody’s home today is ‘our globalized world?’ Because things move fast? Because there are specific groups of migrants who have crowded old Europe? As walls have gone up between the US and Mexico, between Israel and Palestine, and neither India nor China will let the Tibetans cross a border, we are wishfully thinking of a world without borders, because European states can cross into each other? This is colonial behaviour.”
